Meet The Face Behind McKeen Construction

I’m Ryan McKeen, the proud owner of McKeen Construction. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started my career in construction in 1999, working with insurance restoration. During my tenure, I also completed my master’s in restoration through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and became the industry’s go-to project manager for many adjusters and property managers. I also saw a growing need for construction expertise and a lack of integrity in the industry. So, I wanted to offer our customers the desired full-service experience with upfront pricing.

To do that, I decided to create a company that could provide a positive experience, from beginning to end, focusing on the private sector. This initiative led to the development, establishment, and ultimate success of McKeen Construction.

In the years I have been involved with construction and project management, the industry has grown exponentially. We started as a one-person operation working from our dining room table to a complete administration and production team working out of our office and shop in Fenwick, Ontario.

The part of my business that I most enjoy is seeing how happy our clients are when we turn over the keys to their dreams. At McKeen Construction, my team and I pride ourselves on maintaining integrity and providing honest, upfront service to our clients.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my frank honesty, concentration on customer service, and dedication to top quality.

I attribute my success to my complete faith in God, my incredible team, and our strong relationships with customers and traders.

Seeing the joy in our clients when we complete a project and make their dream come alive has given me immense satisfaction over the years and continues to be a source of inspiration.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, playing the guitar, and singing as leader of my church worship band.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
