You have a dream, now what? Our Client Services Specialist will walk you through the initial questions needed to create your Client file. This information serves as the starting point to making your vision a reality. Following the initial contact, a client file is created and forwarded to an Estimator. Clients can expect the Estimator to contact them within one week to set the Discovery/Vision Meeting.

Your Dreams to Canvas! During our discovery meeting we discuss in detail the overall vision of the project. Our McKeen team will listen attentively and be available to answer any questions. If you have permits, plans, designs or even some photos this is a great time to provide / review them. By the end of this meeting our team will know preliminary vision, overall expected timing, project details for budget pricing and a good understanding what you as the client are looking to spend on your project.

Be Daring! During our Design and estimation stage Clients will meet with various professionals to complete and document the final design to firm up pricing. A well-documented and complete design package provides three main key wins for your project.

1. It provides our sales team a road map to put together an accurate estimate with no hidden costs or surprises at the end of the project.
2. It serves as the compass for the remainder of the project for The McKeen Team to follow and set expectations on.
3. Having the General Contractor involved with design from day one results in our team having an intimate understanding from the largest down to the smallest of precise details. Whether you need a Designer and Architect or have a design team in mind - no problem at all! We would be happy to work with them in any capacity.

Time to Sit Back and enjoy the journey. At the construction phase of your project, you can expect to have an experienced Construction Management Team working closely with you. After the formal hand off meeting between your Estimator and your Construction Manager all parties have a thorough understanding of your project. Time for our Production Teams to get to work ordering materials and putting together a rough schedule. Rest assured The McKeen Team will maintain continuous communication with the Client throughout their project until the very last detail has been completed.
