Larissa is passionate about customer service with the desire to assist people in achieving their goals. A Niagara College Business graduate, Larissa gained a great deal of human resources, operational, leadership and management experience working in the hospitality industry before joining the McKeen Team. Larissa facilitates day to day operations of the office and is a point of contact for all Clients and the McKeen Team. Larissa was initially hired as a temporary Office Administrator and has since been promoted to the position of Office Manager.

Larissa’s passion for the construction and renovation industry was honed by personal experience. An experience that saw every square inch of her home renovated. The result was not only the creation of her “Happy Place” but also an intimate understanding of a client’s perspective and needs during a renovation.
