You have a dream, now what? Our Client Services Specialist will walk you through the initial questions needed to create your client file. This information serves as the starting point to making your vision a reality. Following the initial contact, a client file is created and forwarded to an Estimator.   The Estimator or a member of the McKeen will then book a Discovery/Vision Meeting at your home or commercial location.

Be Daring! During the discovery meeting we thoroughly discuss your overall vision of the project. The McKeen team will listen attentively and answer any questions. By the end of this meeting our team will understand your preliminary vision, desired budget & project timing requests. Together with your Estimator a basic estimation of cost will be created at this phase. Clients that wish to continue planning their project beyond the Discovery phase move into the formal Design Phase of their vision.

Your Dreams to Canvas! During the Design phase we develop drawings, identify material selections, and create specifications to formalize your project scope. We dig deeper into the details to create a visual design of the project. The Design phase is critical as it sets the stage and expectations for the entire project and ensures accuracy. Our design options consist of either permit drawings or design drawings. Partnering with our Interior Designers, Architects and Engineers, drawings are ordered and approved at this stage.

Time to Sit Back and enjoy the journey. At the construction phase of your project, you can expect to have an experienced Construction Management Team working closely with you. After the formal hand off meeting between your Estimator and your Construction Manager all parties have a thorough understanding of your project. Time for our Production Teams to get to work ordering materials and putting together a rough schedule. Rest assured The McKeen Team will maintain continuous communication with the Client throughout their project until the very last detail has been completed.
